Depending on the special needs of start-up companies a contract will be
prepared. The contract includes the usage of the infrastructure of the TZO, e.g. the
technologies and laboratories, the usage of the office and manufacturing areas, the social
and meeting rooms, etc. The costs will be specified in a monthly amount.The costs for other users are project-related.
